Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, our team will contact you via email.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Canada
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Emerald Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at our support email. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (or upon receipt for damaged items). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been placed.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately after purchase, and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
