At Emerald Apparel, we are committed to providing high-quality, durable, and performance-driven activewear for every workout, yoga session, and daily activity. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases of defective or incorrect items (see exceptions below).

Why Returns Are Not Allowed

Emerald Apparel’s activewear is specially designed for close contact with the skin and rigorous physical activity. Once an item has been purchased and handled, it cannot be resold, restocked, or safely reused. This policy is in place for health, safety, and quality reasons:

  1. Health and Hygiene
    • Activewear is worn directly on the body during exercise, sweat, and movement.
    • Fabrics such as spandex, nylon, and performance blends absorb sweat and bacteria, making them unsuitable for resale once worn or tried on extensively.
    • This policy ensures all customers receive fresh, hygienic, and unused garments.
  2. Performance and Fabric Integrity
    • Our activewear is engineered with technical fabrics that stretch, wick moisture, and maintain shape during movement.
    • Wearing, washing, or trying the items can compromise the elasticity, fit, and overall performance.
    • By keeping all sales final, we ensure every customer receives activewear that meets our strict quality standards.
  3. Sizing, Fit, and Product Guidance
    • If you have questions about sizing, material, or fit, our customer support team is ready to assist before you place your order.
    • Because activewear fit is critical for comfort and performance, returns due to fit cannot be accepted.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept standard returns, we want our customers to have confidence in their purchase:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will review your claim and provide:
    • A replacement item of equal value, or
    • A store credit for future purchases.
  • Items must not have been worn or used beyond initial inspection.

Final Note

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final. We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit and satisfaction.
